CMES School Council is very excited to be working with Headwaters Farm to School in implementing the Growing Home Local Food Club. Families have the opportunity to purchase a bag of locally grown food that will be delivered to the school on a specific date. Along with the food is a recipe and information on which local farm the food was grown. Each bag cost $20 with 10% going back to the school. All money that comes back to the school will be going towards educational programs regarding farming. Forms will be sent home with the students this upcoming week and will need to be returned by April 6th.
