BOOGIE-A-THON NEWS - What a great day of boogying to the tunes of the 50's!  There was some great hand jiving, twisitng and moving to the rock'n roll beat!  Awesome poodle skirts and really cool looking dudes in the slicked back hair and glasses!  All together we raised around $5000.00 to go towards our arts days that will be held in April.  Great job to everyone who took part and helped to raise such an amazing amount!

Badminton, Hockey and side-line hockey were busy practicing this week.
Badminton Tournament:  Our Cobras represented our school well at our tournament.  Each team played 4 games.  We ended with a record of 16 wins, 1 tie, 7 losses.  WELL DONE to the team!

The Green Machine met and keeps busy keeping our school community eco-friendly!

Special Notes:
1.  The Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority is advising everyone, especially children, to stay away from all area water bodies including ice covered lakes and rivers.  Unstable ice with fast, cold flowing water and icy slippery banks - will result in dangerous conditions.

2.  Reminder from Edge Imaging to ALL Grade 8 and Senior Kindergarten students:  Your Graduation Proofs need to be returned by Wednesday, March 21st.  Even if you are not ordering pictures - the proofs must be returned.

Have a Safe & Fun March Break!
